Psychological tests
Inductive logical reasoning
Inductive logical reasoning is about identifying connections and patterns. It measures how well someone can analyze information and discover the ‘rules’ behind that information.
Numerical reasoning
Numerical reasoning is about drawing logical conclusions from numerical information presented in tables and graphs. It measures whether someone can quickly interpret numerical information under pressure and distinguish between main and minor issues.
Verbal reasoning
Verbal reasoning is about drawing logical conclusions from written texts. It measures whether someone can quickly interpret verbal information under pressure and distinguish between main and minor issues.
Special tests
Unlike the three cognitive ability tests above, these do not contribute to measuring overall cognitive level. They measure, for example, concentration, learning potential, multitasking, mechanical reasoning, reaction speed, (3D) spatial reasoning, information processing, and memory.
Questionnaires
Personality
A questionnaire maps out which personality traits the applicant attributes to themselves. For example: does the applicant consider themselves good at cooperating or setting challenging goals?
Interests and drivers
This questionnaire identifies which aspects a participant finds important in their work. For example: does an applicant value being proud of their work or having room for personal development?</p>

Comprehensive reports to select the best employees
Our reports provide scores on competencies and skills. In addition, each report gives a single score showing how your candidate compares to all other candidates for this exact job profile and level. The reports include interview questions to support your conversation with the applicant. The human aspect remains important. Combining an assessment with an interview increases the predictive value.
3 Reports for optimal matching
At HRorganizer Go, we use 3 reports to present the test results of applicants.
✓ Interview report: a detailed individual report for the employer
✓ Ranking report: a ranking of all candidates for the employer
✓ Personal report: a report that provides insight for the applicant.
Interview Report
The interview report first provides an overall score for the participant. It also offers insight into the candidate’s talents, development areas, and potential pitfalls. For each competency, the report shows exactly how the candidate scores and where opportunities for growth exist. The report includes suggested interview questions that you can explore further during the conversation.
Assessment Information
The assessment information provides an overview of the different components of the assessment.
Competency DNA
The competency DNA shows which specific competencies were scored well or less well.
Competencies & Interview Questions
The competencies from the DNA are further elaborated here one by one. The accompanying interview questions can provide additional insight into your overall impression of the candidate.
Ranking Report
The ranking report literally provides a ranking — in other words, who achieved the highest score. This allows you to see the most suitable candidate at a glance.
This report is only available when assessing multiple candidates. With just one candidate, no ranking is possible.
Assessment Information
The assessment information provides an overview of the different components of the assessment.
Ranking
The ranking shows the literal ranking of all candidates. At a glance, you can see which candidate achieved the highest score.
Personal Report
The personal report can be shared with the candidate who completes the assessment. Through simple guiding questions, the report provides easy-to-understand insight into the results. The questions are:
– ‘Who am I’
– ‘What do I want’
– ‘What can I do’
This increases understanding and enhances the candidate experience, even in the case of rejection.
Personality
In the sections ‘Who am I?’ and ‘What do I want?’, the candidate’s key personality traits are briefly described, along with the interests and motivations that drive them.
Abilities
The results of the ability tests are briefly explained and compared to the selected norm group.
